• Jszbdf (Peppermint Non-Foaming) Dental Gel contains aqua, sulfonylbismethane, edathamil, organic stevia root, peppermint, menthol, propylene glycol, FD&C Blue 1, natural gums and stabilizers.
• Jszbdf (Mild Peppermint, Non-Foaming) contains aqua, sulfonylbismethane, edathamil, organic stevia root, peppermint, menthol, propylene glycol, natural gums and stabilizers.

To clarify, Jszbdf Mild Peppermint contains the same ingredients as Jszbdf (Peppermint, Non-Foaming) but does not contain color (no FD&C Blue 1). It is color-free and has a milder peppermint taste.

All three products do not contain any abrasives, antimicrobials, phthalates or parabens. Jszbdf (Non- Foaming) does not contain any detergents. Jszbdf (Foaming) contains a minimal amount of detergent that induces the foaming. All our ingredients are FDA GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe).

Baby Foam, also known as Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, is a mild foaming agent. It is a natural ingredient that is derived from coconut oil. Jszbdf Wintergreen has a foaming ingredient. Jszbdf Peppermint and Mild Peppermint are non-foaming. All three provide the same benefits for oral health.

Please be informed that the gums and stabilizers used are Konjac Gum, Iota Carrageenan and Sunflower Lecithin.

Using Jszbdf is super simple! See our recommended steps below:

1. Wet your brush before application and lightly rinse your mouth.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Jszbdf on to your brush.
3. DO NOT wet the brush after applying Jszbdf because the gel is water soluble. It will dissolve.
4. Brush your teeth with a soft to medium bristle brush at a 45 degree angle. Make sure you brush the back of your teeth and your tongue. People often forget this.
5. Brush your teeth with Jszbdf for 2 minutes for each brushing. We recommend spending 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth.
6. After 2 minutes, rinse your mouth as normal. Lick the surface of your teeth, and enjoy the ultra clean feeling!

There are several ways to know Jszbdf is working!

First, we recommend licking your teeth in the morning before brushing with Jszbdf. You should feel what we like to call the fuzzies. After brushing with Jszbdf, lick your teeth again, and the surface of your teeth should feel smooth and cleaner than ever before.

Second, take a whiff of your breath on your palm before brushing with Jszbdf. Then, take another whiff after brushing with Jszbdf. Your bad breath should be gone!

Third, when you brush with Jszbdf in the night, you should notice your morning breath is significantly less as compared to when using traditional toothpaste.

Fourth, within 4 weeks of use twice daily, your gum bleeding and inflammation should be significantly reduced, if not completely gone.

Your dentist should be able to verify all of these improvements at your next appointment!

As a note, for maximum effect, remember to brush the back of your teeth and your tongue! Most people forget to do this. 

Absolutely! Jszbdf can replace your existing toothpaste. You do not need to change your habits. All you have to do is swap out your toothpaste. Yes, it is that easy.

A tube generally lasts 4 weeks.

Yes, all products contain the same amount of gel toothpaste (1.7 oz).

For best results, we suggest brushing twice a day for two minutes during each brushing. 

Remember not to wet your brush after you have applied the gel toothpaste on to the bristles. Also, be sure to brush the back of your teeth and your tongue.

You can use an electric or manual brush with our gel toothpaste. If you are using an electric brush, we suggest that before switching the brush on, you use the brush to spread the dental gel on all your teeth, before brushing like you normally do. 

Yes. While Jszbdf Gel Toothpaste is made of edible ingredients, we recommend rinsing as you would normally after brushing.

Store the tube on its cap to allow the dental gel to be at the tip. To dispense, tilt the tube sideways, open the cap and press the tube gently.

1. After putting a pea size of the gel on your brush, avoid tilting your toothbrush.
2. You can squeeze the gel into the bristles of the brush, preventing it from rolling off.
